All applications completed by Board Package Concierge will include:

• Fully typed and organized application

• Cover letter

• Accountant approved spreadsheet summarizing financials on one easy to read page

• Organized supporting financial documentation

• Dividers (for paper applications)

• Clarifying letters (if any required)

• Electronically delivered application either uploaded to a third party service (ex. domecile.com) or emailed via Google Drive

Purchasers will receive formatting and language guidance on:

• Business reference letters

• Personal reference letters

• Employment reference letters

• Accountant reference letter (if self employed)

• Bank reference letters

• Personal introduction letter (if required by the application)
